Hire digital marketer help starting from the need, not the vendor

Before you compare vendors, decide what you are buying. MarketersMatch turns five answers into one named role, a 90 day scope and a monthly price, and only then turns that into a written proposal.

  1. 01 Goal
  2. 02 Channels
  3. 03 Monthly budget for the work
  4. 04 Industry
  5. 05 Start date

The five questions and why each one matters

Goal

The goal decides which results the marketer is judged on. More qualified leads points to pipeline owners, more online sales to ecommerce and paid social, fixing tracking to someone who can rebuild measurement before spending more.

Channels

Channels you pick raise the profiles that own them. If you choose Not sure, recommend, the quiz weighs your goal and industry and proposes the channels itself.

Monthly budget for the work

This is the fee for marketing work, not ad spend. It sets the team shape: under 2,000 USD fits one specialist on one channel, 2,000 to 5,000 USD one specialist with room to grow or a channel team at the top of the band, 5,000 to 10,000 USD a channel team covering up to three channels or a growth bench at the top of the band, 10,000 to 20,000 USD a full growth bench led by a fractional marketing lead, and over 20,000 USD an enterprise program across brands or markets.

Industry

Some industries carry rules that change who can do the job. Healthcare, dental, legal and financial services raise profiles that work inside advertising and privacy restrictions for those fields.

Start date

A start this month favours profiles that can begin within a week. A start next quarter leaves room for a broader plan with a strategy phase first.

How the fit score is calculated

Every profile starts at the same neutral score. Each answer adds or removes points according to a fixed rules table that ships with the page, so the result is calculated in your browser, instantly, and is the same every time you give the same answers.

  • 01Goal match carries the most weight, because it defines what success looks like.
  • 02Each selected channel adds points to the profiles that own it.
  • 03Budget removes profiles whose minimum team does not fit the money available.
  • 04Industry adds points to profiles with experience in regulated or specialised fields.
  • 05Start date nudges profiles that can begin quickly.

The board shows the change after every answer, so you can see which choice moved which profile. Nothing leaves your browser until you send a brief.

From brief to written proposal

Your brief is your quiz answers plus a few lines about the company: work email, company name, website, your name and anything that shapes the scope. You confirm it with a six digit code we email you. That keeps the inbox real and the proposal goes to the right person.

A senior marketer reads every confirmed brief, checks the website and the channels you named, and writes the proposal. It arrives by email within two business days and covers:

  • The profile and the people who would work on your account
  • What gets done in the first 90 days, week by week
  • The monthly fee, the plan and the annual prepay option
  • KPIs, reporting rhythm and the 30 day notice period

If you accept, the engagement starts on the agreed date and is billed monthly. If you do not, nothing happens and nobody chases you.

A COO reads a printed engagement proposal at a conference table, pen in hand, while a colleague points at a line on the page

What we leave out on purpose

  • No discovery calls before you see a price
  • No list of ten vendors to compare
  • No pitch decks, no logo walls, no ratings to decode
  • No lock in beyond the 30 day notice period

Pricing for every plan is on the digital marketing agency cost page.
