Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the marketersmatch.com service: the website, the match quiz, the brief and the proposal process. An engagement you accept is also governed by the proposal you accept and the refund policy.

Last updated: October 19, 2026

01Who provides the service

The service is provided by the administrator of the marketersmatch.com service, reachable at support@marketersmatch.com. In these terms "we" means the administrator and the marketing team that prepares proposals and delivers engagements, and "you" means the person using the service and the company that person represents.

02What the service does

  • The match quiz calculates, from your answers, which marketer profile, team shape and plan fit your goal. It runs in your browser and is free to use.
  • The brief lets you send your answers and details so that a senior marketer prepares a written proposal with scope, team and price. Sending a brief is free and does not oblige you to buy anything.
  • An engagement is the monthly marketing work you buy by accepting a proposal. It is the only paid part of the service.

03Who can use it

The service is for businesses and professionals acting for a business. By sending a brief you confirm that you are at least 18, that you act on behalf of the company named in the brief and that the details you give are accurate.

04What the match result is

The match result is a recommendation based on rules applied to your five answers. Fit scores, fee bands and budget splits are guidance for planning, not a promise of results. The proposal, written after a person has read your brief, is what sets the actual scope, team and price.

05Sending a brief

  • You confirm your email address with a six digit code before the brief is passed on.
  • You may send several briefs, for example for different brands or markets.
  • Do not include passwords, payment card numbers or sensitive personal data about individuals in the brief.
  • We may decline to prepare a proposal, for example when the request is outside marketing work we deliver or breaks the law.

06The proposal and how an engagement starts

The proposal arrives by email and states the plan, the monthly fee, the annual prepay option where offered, the scope for the first 90 days, the team and the start date. It is valid for 30 days. The engagement starts only when you accept the proposal in writing. The first invoice is issued after acceptance, never before.

07Fees and billing

  • Every engagement is a monthly subscription to marketing work that renews each month until cancelled.
  • Fees follow the plan on the pricing page and in your proposal: Specialist 1,900 USD, Channel Team 4,800 USD, Growth Bench 9,600 USD, Enterprise from 18,000 USD per month. Annual prepay saves 15 percent and is billed for twelve months at once.
  • Fees are invoiced in advance for each period. Taxes, where they apply, are added as required by law.
  • Ad spend is never part of the fee. You pay ad platforms directly from accounts in your company's name.
  • Fees are not a percentage of ad spend and there is no setup fee.
  • Payments are final once a period has started, except in the cases set out in the refund policy.

08Cancelling and pausing

You can cancel or pause an engagement at any time with 30 days notice by email to support@marketersmatch.com. Work continues and is billed until the end of the notice period. Annual prepay covers the full twelve months and is not reduced by cancelling early. A pause keeps your accounts and documentation ready for a restart.

09What we need from you

To deliver the scope, the team needs timely access to your ad accounts, analytics and other tools, approval of material that carries your name, and one person on your side who can answer questions. Delays in access or approvals move the timeline in the proposal by the same amount.

10Ownership

  • Ad accounts, analytics, data and audiences stay in your company's name and ownership. We work in them with access you grant and can remove.
  • Content, creative and documents produced for you within the engagement and paid for become yours.
  • Our own methods, templates and know how, and the match quiz itself, remain ours.

11Confidentiality

We treat the contents of your brief and everything shared during an engagement as confidential and use it only to prepare your proposal and deliver your work. Details are on the security page and in the privacy policy.

12Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send false information, to collect data about other people, to probe or disrupt the site, or to request marketing that is unlawful, deceptive or breaks the rules of the ad platforms.

13Results and liability

Marketing results depend on the market, the offer, ad platforms and many factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee specific rankings, lead numbers, sales or return on ad spend. We deliver the work described in the accepted proposal with professional care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14Changes to the service and these terms

We may change the service and these terms. Changes do not alter a proposal you have already accepted for the period it covers. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.

15Disputes

Contact us first at support@marketersmatch.com and we will try to resolve any issue by email. Mandatory consumer and business protection laws of your country continue to apply where they cannot be excluded.
