Security and how we handle your brief

• Your work email, name, company, website and role if you add it
• Your quiz answers and the calculated match
• Your notes, if you write any
• The page you came from and campaign tags in the link, so we know which pages help buyers
• Technical data needed to keep the service secure, such as IP address and browser type

Only the people preparing your proposal and the people who run the service. Briefs are never sold, never shared with other companies for their marketing and never published.

• Data is stored on servers in secured data centres, with encrypted connections in transit
• Access to the admin area requires a personal login and is rate limited
• Confirmation codes are stored as one way hashes, never in plain text
• Backups follow the same access rules as live data

Briefs that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to 24 months, so you can reply to the proposal later, and then deleted. Briefs that lead to an engagement are kept for the length of the engagement and as long as accounting rules require afterwards.

Email support@marketersmatch.com from the address you used in the brief and we delete it, usually within five business days. We confirm by email once it is done.

Access to your ad accounts, analytics and other tools is granted by you, per person and per tool, and you can remove it at any time. Everything stays in your company's ownership.
